Saddling Up at the Stable Motel

Time to saddle up for another week! Speaking of saddles, Cuba City's Stable Motel was opened by John D. Tarrell in 1957.

Postcard postmarked 1966.

The motel initially advertised rooms with such desirable features as Beauty Rest mattresses, wall-to-wall carpeting, and a radio. The following year, continental breakfast and television was added to the list of amenities.
