Built in 1899.
Christopher Kellner Tavern - by 1884. Kellner operated a tavern on this site prior to the current building being built.
Fiedler Brothers Saloon - by May 1889.
Jacob Wagner Saloon - 1890.
Splinter & Splinter Tavern - owned by George and Joseph Splinter.
Splinter & Wiederhold Tavern - 1898. George Wiederhold bought George Splinter's half-interest in the business. The current building was built a year later in 1899.
Wiederhold Tavern - 1910. George Wiederhold bought Joseph Splinter's half-interest in the business. He ran the tavern until his death in 1930. The tavern transformed into a "soft drink parlor" during Prohibition, though George Wiederhold would be arrested numerous times for possessing liquor.

Whity's Tavern/Whity's Bar - The business remained in the Wiederhold family. George's son, Sylvester "Whity" Wiederhold, operated the tavern.
Doolittles Pub & Eatery.
In addition to the drinking establishment, other businesses also operated out of the building over the years.
- William Schuh cigar factory - circa late 1890s. Second floor of the Wiederhold building.
- Edward Jacobi store - circa 1911-1916
- George H. Richardson, barber - at least 1917-1918.
- Gamble Store - by February 1937. Owner, Jim Kramer.
