Wiederholds Wed

In honor of National Wedding Month, Cuba City residents George Wiederhold and Julia Holt were married at St. Rose Catholic Church on May 13, 1902. George operated the Wiederhold Tavern, located where Doolittle's is today, until his death in 1930. The bar remained in the family and was run by George's son, Sylvester, also known as "Whitey."
